Deer Jet was established in 1995 as one of the subsidiaries of Hainan Airlines group, the 4th largest airline in China. In 1998, Deer Jet started offering international services. In October 2007 Deer Jet had their first A319 delivered and started returning all of its Boeing 737. As of December 2008 Deer Jet provides charter services with a fleet of state of the art, brand new Airbus 319, and 3 Corporate Jets. Deer Jet received authorization by the Chinese Government to operate scheduled air service to begin in 2009.
