Kulula airlines Kulula.com is a low-cost airline based in Johannesburg, South Africa. It operates domestic services to all major cities and regional services to Namibia, Mauritius, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Its main base is OR Tambo International Airport Johannesburg. It has two focus city airports - Cape Town International Airport and Durban International Airport.

The kulula.com, the airline, was established in July 2001 and started operations in August 2001. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Comair and was set up by them as a low-cost carrier.

As of January 2008, the Kulula.com fleet consists of 5 aircrafts - 1 Boeing 737-800, 3 Boeing 737-400, 1 Boeing 737-20, 2 McDonnell Douglas MD-82, 1 Boeing 737-300.
